The whole ethos of PIPS is to be user-friendly so members feel they are being looked after and can seek help or guidance when necessary.

The PIPS appointed advisers are available on freephone or by email communication.

Both adviser companies conduct an annual review which often includes a personal visit to your company whereby members have an opportunity to discuss their personal issues.

It has to be said that the advisers and product providers run a very efficient scheme and problems are rare - however we believe it is essential that there is an independent Management Committee who are able to look after the best interests of the scheme and it's members.
