Meridan Financial LLP, a financial services adviser to PIPS, have a competitive Group Risk offering for employers.

The selected insurance companies can provide Death in Service cover and Illness Protection Insurance for employees and all administration and billing is provided by Meridan Financial LLP. Employers can choose the level of protection they want at an individual employee level during an annual review process.

Claims administration is handled through Meridan Financial LLP and PIPS Trustees Ltd and in most cases death in service claims are paid to beneficiaries without income tax deduction.
